Thurlaston was selected as one of the first villages in Leicestershire for the switch off.

A Consultation took place during the early part of 2010.

Date of Switch Off

The lights were switched off in mid October 2010 and there will be a review of the position in October 2011.

If you have concerns about this issue, please let one of the Parish Councillors or the Clerk know in order that it may be raised at the review.
